Kelly and Cooper is the new pub and kitchen in the heart of Blackrock, on the site of the old Ouzos restaurant.
Same owners, same great food but in a fabulous new setting.
We have created a friendly local pub that serves great food at reasonable prices. We will continue to serve the freshest seafood cooked to order, but we will be adding some new favourites and we're even making our own pub crisps!
